As we advocate for a healthy society, we set Mental health issues as priority. There is no shame about seeking help when you are mentally distress having anxiety or depression. Don’t give in to stigma. It’s okay to not be okay sometimes.
Awareness raising and education about mental health issues is necessary but people need to take charge of what’s going on and seek help. Mental health challenges are nothing to be ashamed of as it does not determine who you are or what you can do.
